Proposed trail around White Bear Lake takes another step closer to reality

"On a nice day, bikers and pedestrians flood a wide sidewalk along the western shoreline of White Bear Lake.
The paved path follows Lake Avenue in the city of White Bear Lake. It’s the shining example of the type of trails activist Steve Wolgamot wants to encircle the entire lake one day."
